New Year means new resolutions, yes new year is a bit late for me heh.
1. Be more organized, the hubby might roll in laughter with this one because I am the most disorganized person in the planet (okay I am exaggerating). I already have some worksheets to fill up to stick in the refrigerator. I figured if I have a schedule I have better chances of following them.
2. Decrease media for the crazy kid, if it were up to him, he will be watching tv, playing with the computer and iphone 24/7. He ignores his toys completely, I'd rather he use his imagination than watch ANY type of media. I need to detoxify this kid!!!! I need help with this one because once he gets bored he gets into all sorts of trouble such as filling the sink with bubbles and sugar on the floor.
3. Eliminate my post pregnancy fat!!!!!! Since my mom is here to cook delish meals I have not lost a single post pregnancy pound. Darn it! This should be on top on my list, my plan is to minimize my starches. Since I will be the sole cook, this should be somewhat easy. Cereals/oatmeal in the morning, fruits/slim bars for snacks, brown rice/whole wheat bread for lunch and 220 calorie dinners. That should be enough to shed off some pounds. Thinking of also trying the slim-fast shakes hmmm..... The 4 days I did this last November, I lost 3 lbs hope I will lose 20 pounds more.
4. Clean the messy place! One room at a time. Dreaming of owning a Dyson DC25 Ball All-Floors Upright Vacuum Cleaner
5. Minimize internet time, I admit I am a facebook junkie and I do spend more time online than cleaning my home. Guilty as charged! No internet in the afternoon nada zilch!
6. Do at least one home-activity with Caleb i.e. Alphabets, numbers, colors etc.
7. Potty train the boy which means I should be consistent until he gets it! Saves me on diapers and he can finally go to preschool.
8. Be more budget conscious, I've been remiss with this one and I need to get back on the track especially now that there is only one of us bringing home the bacon.
..and more to come since I am now a fulltime Mommy, I'll be embracing this new role soon.
