Diet Day 3


The beginnings of snacks, yes I said snacks!

Tada! Easy Fried Rice that cost me 9 points, dammit!

I was starving at 1:30 PM even though I had my prepackaged meal at around 11:30 am (Tuna Gratin Pasta). I had some leftover rice and opened Spam (my go to "entree" for Caleb) so I decided to have some fried rice. See that cute kitchen scale, I ordered that from Amazon Wednesday and it arrived yesterday. I had to laugh at how small it was,  I belatedly realized that I ordered a pocket scale - so that's why it was cheap. Anyway, I think it's better that way I can carry it around anytime and obsessively weigh the food that I order. I can just imagine turning many heads at the resto "what the hell is that crazy girl doing?".

The weight is stubbornly stuck at 123.5, arrrrg! I am seriously doubting this diet plan now. I did splurge on dinuguan yesterday and to top it all I am seriously craving for pepsi which will cost me 5 points, leaving me with 20 points to work with. Do I drink pepsi and just have oatmeal for dinner? Pepsi or non-oatmeal meal, pepsi or non-oatmeal meal...aaaahhhhh Pepsi it is!
