I'll be maxing out my points today and take some from my weekly.
Breakfast: 1/2 cup oatmeal with 2 tbsp brown sugar
Lunch: 2 pcs tinapa, 3/4 cup rice and 1 caffeine-free pepsi (Pepsi was a splurge)
Snack: decaf coffee with 1 1/3 tbsp brown sugar and 2 tbsp milk, 1 slice banana bread oatmeal that I baked with Caleb because my bananas were close to rotting
Dinner: Red ribbon's dinuguan (chocolate soup) and puto/rice
The first day was okay although I was tempted to eat a lot of times, like the tortilla chips that was calling the name and the planter's chili roasted peanuts which the hubby was happily munching on. ohh mee ohh my, it was darn hard but all I had to do was think of the hefty price I paid for this blasted diet plan!
Tonight, I painstakingly entered dinuguan and puto's imgredients at WW site just so I will know my points. After reading Market Manila's dinuguan entry, I had the sudden craving to eat the calorific meal. Good thing is, the hubby is going to Red Ribbon to buy some pasalubong and my dinuguan craving will be fix. They better have it in stock or else!!!!!
I'm also suprised that tinapa(smoked fish) has low points, 2 points per piece to be exact, with my 43 points a day it doesn't make a dent unless you eat 20 of them. You might find this surprising but this is my first taste of tinapa ever, I do not even know the cooking process. Do I just nuke it in the microwave or fry them to death? Decided to fry them and they are darn good.
