Since I'm fairly new to weight watchers I gave myself a tour of the site and I am impressed! Let's just hope that there would be real results. The program works by giving you daily points and weekly points. So for me I get 43 and 49 pponts respectively. The program takes into consideration that I'm breastfeeding which is good so my milk supply will not dwindle Every food I eat has equivalent points. I had oatmeal with 2 tbsp of brown sugar this morning, using their tool, I was able to calculate 6 points for the said meal.
Lunch, I had packaged ww smartones @ 7 points. I got these on sale for 0.60 what a steal! I still have remaining points to enjoy coffee amd a sumptous dinner! I'm in love with this diet plan (for now), I can eat whatever I like in portions without feeling guilty. I immediately bought myself a kitchen scale so I can make meals using proper portions. For dinner, I'm planning to have 1 longanisa (5 points!!!) and half a cup of rice for another 5 points.
